Problematic

I have used this app for a long time now and it worked well. But recently, as other reviewers have mentioned, I was kicked out and prompted for a username and password. It does not specify what username or password. It gives no option for a forgotten password/username so I am unable to access the app, even after deleting and re-downloading it. Hopefully they fix this issue soon as I can no longer use this app at all.
